- Docket Security Update: The docket page security has been updated to allow different levels of editing based on the docket status and
user level. Anyone will be able to edit any docket in any way until the docket has been marked as "Ready to Invoice", when the following rules will apply:
- Sales staff will be able to change the Sold By name and P.O. #. All other header fields will be locked out.
- Sales staff will be able to change the Finish, Approved, Printed, Shipped and Installed dates for rentals at all times, even after initial invoice.
- Sales staff will be able to change the Laminate, Printed and Shipped dates for all Production at any time.
- Invoice Administrators will be able to further modify the docket customer info, cycle type, commission and quantities for Rentals and Production at any time.
- If the Docket has not been invoiced at all, the Invoice Administrator can now return the docket to full edit mode by unselecting the "Ready to Invoice" checkbox.
- Rentals and Production can be added to a docket at any time, and full editing will apply until the save button is pressed at which point they will fall under the same rules
as all other items. For example, if you need to switch out a rental it is recommended that you change the finish date for the old item and add a new rental.
