  • Docket Security Update: The docket page security has been updated to allow different levels of editing based on the docket status and user level. Anyone will be able to edit any docket in any way until the docket has been marked as "Ready to Invoice", when the following rules will apply:
    • Sales staff will be able to change the Sold By name and P.O. #. All other header fields will be locked out.
    • Sales staff will be able to change the Finish, Approved, Printed, Shipped and Installed dates for rentals at all times, even after initial invoice.
    • Sales staff will be able to change the Laminate, Printed and Shipped dates for all Production at any time.
    • Invoice Administrators will be able to further modify the docket customer info, cycle type, commission and quantities for Rentals and Production at any time.
    • If the Docket has not been invoiced at all, the Invoice Administrator can now return the docket to full edit mode by unselecting the "Ready to Invoice" checkbox.
    • Rentals and Production can be added to a docket at any time, and full editing will apply until the save button is pressed at which point they will fall under the same rules as all other items. For example, if you need to switch out a rental it is recommended that you change the finish date for the old item and add a new rental.

  • Exporting a docket will now store the first export date for items being exported for the first time.
  • The Invoice Report will now display the correct start date for items being billed in the cycle being viewed if this was their first billing cycle.
  • Existing rentals have been given a first export date equal to the item start date to prevent older items from being billed all at once for August.

  • The Quickbooks Export report now has a list at the bottom displaying the previous year's worth of unbilled dockets, with quick access links to that specific period.
  • The Quickbooks Export now shows all production items that do not have a print date set.
  • Access to the Export button has been restricted.
  • In order to speed up cleanup and reduce clutter on the export screen, all dockets before 2016 that had production without a print date have had their print dates set to be equal to the docket date.

  • Customer Notes for Production has been moved to be per-docket instead of per-production item. All existing production customer notes have been aggregated into the new field.
  • The Invoice Notes field is now exported to Quickbooks instead of the Additional Notes. There is no update needed for the Importer Application.

  • The print page displays the Description instead of the notes again for internal usage.
  • Corrected an issue which was preventing a newly added item from setting up the multiplier modification for all of that item's options.
  • Options being added with an item should now be given the proper rate, instead of setting the rate as the price of that option.
  • New Options added to a docket are now loaded with all available preset sizes.
  • Rental and Production items stored on a docket are now loaded with its preset sizes available for selection when first opening the docket record.
  • User profiles can now be designated to have "All" areas set as their default.
  • The Index sidebar now allows users to select "All" areas for Ending Soon and Current Campaigns tables.

  • Print stylesheet has been adjusted to prevent browser specific displays for input fields from appearing in the printed document.
  • Docket Production items now have a secondary field for notes for each item, which are intended to be visible by the customer.
  • On the print version of the docket, the Description field is now the notes field. The existing description field is not shown.
  • The Docket Print button now opens the print view in a new window or tab, instead of replacing the existing view so that the user doesn't lose access to the site navigation or any changes they may have made but not saved.
  • Art Location has been changed to P.O.#. It will be appearing in exports in a future update once placement in Quickbooks has been confirmed.
  • There is a new Inventory Report available.

  • Login procedure modified to make it more flexible to future account-related enhancements.
  • Each account can now have a default area specified, and the default area will be used as a preselection for different areas of the site.
